With much disgrace I'm writing this complain. It is to bring to your notice that the Fenesta Kolkata ecosystem is utterly unprofessional with its commitments and customer relationship management. I had booked my order months ago with full payment. My sales rep is Saurima Datta. I was promised an installation on within a couple of weeks from the order. Then I was told that there was some issue with the measurements so the installation would be done on the third week of September. This too I had to chase her constantly without any timely updates from her side. But still it was acceptable. When the third week of September came, I was told that the installation is still not possible. I was given a new installation date on 5th October. I said ok without any complains whatsoever! Then came 5th of October and I was told that it's not possible to deliver the order by that time. So the new delivery date was set to 8th of October which is today. I said ok. Then came today and this morning I was told that the installation would happen tomorrow i.e. 9th October. Just now I have been told that the installation is not possible tomorrow. Is this a joke? Are you always this unprofessional or do you have anything personal against me? I hope you restructure your workforce which is full of trash at the moment if you want to retain your customers. If this is the way you deal with your customers then just take back your products and refund my hard earned money. #BoycottFenesta

    I have given my order in the month of aug and made payment on 1 aug 18 as per there promise i will get my product with in 30-40 days but today is 23 sept 18 still i have not got my product and my nagpur sales agent mr amit is telling me that i should talk to service people and giving me number of reasons for delaying my windows products i feel if company can not give product on time why they take orders kindly revert me

      I order to fenesta for 9 windows of house no.[protected] sector 17, faridabad, for which i paid rs. 300000/- as advance on[protected] and rs.411884/- as full and final on dated[protected].
      Their sales and technical team visited for survey and final the design of windows on[protected].
      I asked them for a exhaust cutting in one window and the survey technician made the design and get my signature on it for ok.
      Now, when they delivered my materials, that exhaust cutting window was not there. Asking for it they told that they don’t make hole in security glass. This report was given to me on[protected], when my site is ready for possession and i have to shift.
      At the time of windows installation their team did not ask me the face to install the windows i. E.in outer face or inner face. All the windows are not proper and making noise.
      I am getting loss due to false commitments and negligence of their all sales executive and technical persons.

        I have given 7 lakhs amount through checks to your distributor/franchise meridien interiors. All checks were cleared. As of now total material is not received by me. Your company sales person kishore n distributor basha has cheated me with false commitments.

        Because of windows not received, i couldn't able to give for rent. Each portion gives rent of 25k total three portions rent together 75k per month. I am making a lose because of delay.

        I need an explanation on priority.

          Your technician and sales persons jagjith and kishore are most irresponsible people. Once the deal is done they do not bother about the customer. They have taken total amount but total windows were not delivered. Second the delivered windows were not installed totally.

          I will go to the cosumer court for the delay of service by your team.

          I need your explanation with immediate effect. I cannot wait till your people turn down.

            Hello, we 1st time built out house. We called fenesta people to take measurements. They took it. We told them villa windows. But that stupid guy had no brain to guide us that 4 feet window should be made in 2pcs. Now none of the windows are opeaable. This unprofessional company is asking us rs 90000 to replace these windows in 2 pieces. Please avoid fenesta. They are cheats.

              Dont trust fennesta window company.

              I ordered windows from them three months ago. They took the full payment at the time of taking the measurements. It is now 3 months since the order and the goods has still not arrived. Everytime i call them they give false promises that the door will be delivered. No sign of delivery.

              Kalyan and his team... Congratulations for your pathetic service.

                  I have recently had pvc windows fitted in my home. I thought fenesta is a reputed company or so it says on their website. A couple of mm out is understandable, 4 inches out by measurement is seriously unprofessional. And that too after measurements were taken twice.
                  They insist on payment in advance too.
                  So i am left with a 4 inch gap between top beam and window.
                  If you are thinking fenesta windows. Think again!

                    The sole purpose of installation of fenesta upvc windows was to have respite from noise issue. Immediate after installation, the gasket and hinges were effectively insulating noise. However, the effect is no more and needs immediate attention.
                    If necessary kindly inspect the same and suggest remedies since the product is under 10 year warranty as per terms of agreement.

                    We had placed our order with your Sales Executive Anunay Vij, had also paid the full amount . We are really disappointed in the way of working of this big a company!!!
                    Till date we don't have the date of delivery.
                    As everyone has written above, they can collected RS 2, 00, 000 from me in advance. Same status of supply. Got after many threatening follow ups. Absolutely no soundproofing in our bed room. They are not lifting the phone and least bothered to resolve customer issues. Don't go for this company, who falls on customer's feet until they get money and later on kick them with the same legs. Big cheaters

                      Hi,
                      this company fenesta is horrible, they won't deliver on time as usual.on top of it they missed to deliver two windows .we have 8 windows only in that only they have missed two imagine the pathetic way of this company's working.and they never respond to emails, they sit like thieves.
                      They demand money as if we are going to run away, post taking money they hide without response.no one responds to emails.they call themself some manager and all they never turn up post receiving money.
                      overall fenesta is worst company in UPVC windows there are other companies people can go with.

                      After few months of completing work of Window's it stared having problem while closing... ... It's Just getting suck somewhere at joints...So I Contacted the Dealer Many times And Told my Issue to be fixed But didn't got such response i was expecting... So I Hope Now...

                        They committed to deliver in the first week of aug but till date (28th sept) we are running behind them, they don't answer the calls and have been delaying the delivery ever since then! we have also made them 50% advance payment and yet no idea when they will deliver, i have even spoken to their "so-called" boss (ritesh jha) in gurgaon office (where we had placed our order) but even he lacks professionalism and is now not available to talk!!
                        Don't buy from them, i am sure there are several better choices in the market!!

                          I had really bad experience with fenesta windows product. These people take you into confidence and take 100% advance for their products including installation costs.
                          My consignment reached home, kept in balcony. I removed all my existing windows in a hope that next day the windows will get installed. After 2 days their team came for the installation.
                          Firstly, their team arrived for installation 2 hours later than the agreed time. Second, when they unpacked the product, it came out to be faulty. Their gip coupling was all rusted. They were installing it as it is without informing/rectifying the issue but we happened to spot that and raised our concern.
                          I had to coordinate with 4-5 different people on phone to explain the problem, but to no avail.
                          Eventually, after my strict warning they agreed to replace the coupling which took another 2 days to come from factory. In this whole episode, only we suffered as we removed the existing windows and living with 2 complete sides opened that involved a big risk of house security
                          These people are so bad in their servcices and shows highly ignoring and casual attitude towards any issue that may arise after their 100% advance has been given
                          Please beware of this fraud company and their false promises

                            Just have experienced first fenesta glass breakage today 22 may 2016.
                            Fenesta complaint registered reference id postn[protected].

                            They say the glass is not covered for warranties. Let me see what response i will get from them...

                            Got the installation done in 2013; since then there have been issue with closing of some doors since installation. They have tried to fix those couple times but no success. We have got some sliders permanently locked as they cannot be moved easily.

                            And now this glass breakage without any external deliberate efforts. It seems combination of heat & the installation quality.

                            I am sure there are issues with the quality of the glass being installed; doesn't seem to be really working for indian conditions.

                            Wondering how they claim to be india's no1!!! If they are truly no1, then they will take this seriously instead of the marketing/legal gimmick of warranties covered.
                            There has been no attempt to damage the glass. It's on 23rd floor. No break-ins or accidental heavy contact to the glass has been done. Why??? Does company have any quality assurance reasons too quote here??? Or is there any cost cutting to generate company profits??? Does the company believe in bad quality productions and unthoughtful of environment!!!

                            Hi,
                            we are too facing the same issue with fenesta glass.
                            All of a sudden the glass cracked from our second floor building with Just 1 year 5 months of installation .
                            when we reached to fenesta they claimed to have no warranty on glasses .what kind of low quality glasses they use which breaks within 1.5 years rather than staying for ages . This is highly unacceptable from a reputed company . Even local vendors provided glasses are way too good

                            Fenesta team, do look into it
                            We are in the same shoes now..
                            Two window glasses broke ( without any external impact) within a year of installation.
                            Locks of most doors not working .
                            Alarming it is ... for this reputed brand promises safety and security and now they say window glasses are not under warranty!FENESTA team- KINDLY pay attention to the complaint.

                              This is a warning to everyone out there never to trust Fennesta Window company.

                              I ordered a sound proof door from them three months ago. They took the full payment at the time of taking the measurements. It is now 3 months since the order and the door has still not arrived. Everytime I call them they give false promises that the door will be delivered by a certain date but the date comes and goes with no sign of delivery....

                                I chose Fenesta windows for my drawing hall and two rooms which were installed in March-April 2014. Spent about Rs 1, 8 lakhs in all. Main reason that i chose Fenesta window was for providing sound proof/ protection which its special glass material provide apart from the elegance of its frame. 10 years warranty was provided. Just three months later glass pan of one window frame crashed with a thud sound on its own without any assault from any external object. The whole length and breadth of the 7ft/2ft glass got crushed. I complained but to my huge disappointment The Fenesta refused to replace glass despite several attempts from my end to contest that the main purpose for which i chose fenesta window gets damaged on its own if does not get accepted by the company for replacement within warranty period then why will the customer go for Fenesta window. Under protest i paid the cost of the glass - Rs 8044/- for replacement. I request to accept my complaint for redressal. If this is the quality assurance then i wonder why any body should choose to go for fenesta product.

                                Experienced the same !!! launched the complaint and lets see what happens; they did tell me that glass is not covered and i was reminded that the sales guys would have told us ... what a classic marketing legal excuse...

                                CONSUMERS be warned there are serious installation issues

                                PLUS the GLASS they promise for INDIAN conditions is surely not performing to the likes of customers & maybe Fenesta Europe .

                                  I am extremely frustrated with the services of Fenesta. I have fenesta windows in my house installed about 5 years ago. For the past six months, I have been running from pillar to post to get the mosquito mesh installed in all my windows. Have contacted customer care, written mails, contacted multiple dealers. But all in vain. Upon persisting, one dealer shared with me that Fenesta will not service as they are focusing only on large orders. As a customer my problem is that I cannot get the mosquito mesh done by other vendors as their profile does not match with Fenesta. This means that I am completely helpless as Fenesta will not service and others cannot service. I am reachable at [protected] and stay in Whitefield Bangalore area.

                                    we ordered 2 windows from fenesta dealer at tardeo mumbai...paid in full advance almost a lakh on 6th may...final measurements signed by fenesta guy Mr Vignesh patel, me and my contractor who was going to do the window opening according to the specification of the system...4 weeks later they were going to deliver the window..which would be around 5th june....our old windows removed and window cill made according to the final measurements. job was completed by 2nd june....we were told windows would be ready earlier....they finally came on 10th june....nobody came to install...finally on 15th july they found these were wrong measurements...all were small. the dealer said factory made mistake...we do not know....mr ketan mewada the dealer, mr ashish saxena the man in charge, mr rahul jagtap installation guy and his team had never net each other...and i was just calling each one...with no answers...anxious about what i had to do...finally put in complaint at call centre spoke to mr Sanjay Wahal based in gurgaon..nothing was done...just blank...2 large windows 9th floor facing sea...window 9ftx8ft....winds , rain, all flying into house...newly painted house amess, tv spoilt, sofa ruined no answer from any one , no one to take responsibility...and two large windows their profiles lying in corridor. Fenesta people did not come...we complained finally they offered to do patch up job...we refused and asked them for replacement....they said 30th july...nosign then 5th july...then came 8th july..still no sign,,we threatened for police complaint and refund(they will never)...TWO MONTHS OVER....today 9th july...onlyglass came...FROM LOCAL GUY NOT FENESTA GLASS....MR SANJAY PAWAR SAID IT WAS BECAUSE IT WAS REPLACEMENT>>>windows are still not fitted...AND FOR NO FAULT OF OURS WE HAVE DUPLICATE WINDOWS WITH NOT ORIGINAL FENESTA GLASS GOING to be still installed...still WAITING FOR OVER 2 MONTHS....they completely fraud,no coordination amongst them....totally disappointed WINDOWS MEAN GLASS>>>WE ARE GOING TO HAVE ORDINARY CHEAP GLASS FOR LAKH>>>WHER TO COMPLAIN???? TAKEN FOR A RIDE>>>EXPENSIVE RIDE

                                      i ordered for fenesta windows in january.they got the cash and assured us that it will be delivered in a month.but its june end now and still they have never turned up.i've been calling hem almost everyday wasting atleast rs.500 for making calls to them for the past 4months.my whole house is finished except the windows!they fitted the windows without the glass 1 month ago and said the'll go it in a week.but even after 1month they have not come.noone can give such a worst service.

                                      Fully Agree. I too am having a similar experience in after sales service.
                                      After innumerable calls to Mr. Ashish Saxena for fixing the net on the door frame which had come out, it took 2 weeks to inspect the problem and another 2 weeks gone but the problem is still unresolved and not even a call from the persons. Even a compaint at the call centre..compl no...mum/030212/6965 has no response till day. The sales was done from Shree Ganesh Aluminium...Mr. Prabhjeet.!! Beware of these Fenesta people!!!
