I have been a member since 1990 with no problems on my account. The day after i came back from a month long trip i get a call that my nov. Payment did not go through and they wanted my bank info asap. I said i will call them back after i found out what happened. After calling the bank and fitness world i found out they tried to take the payment out of my nephews account who lives with us and has his own membership not connected in anyway to mine. I asked if they could take the payment out of my account now but they said i had to go into fitness world myself or pay by credit card over the phone. I am too busy to go in i am leaving on a 4 mth trip in a few days and i am not giving them my credit card info. The people at the gym where very friendly but the two times i spoke to the head office was not so good. Both times i felt like i was the problem for the mistake to begin with and too bad for me.
