Fitness World — For refund

I ordered a product from fitnessworld.in on 13/09/2020 my order id is 23677. They took money while ordering and after two days they sent me a mail that the product can't be delivered on my Pincode. They took money and then saying that product can't be delivered, so i cancelled my order. I am asking them to return my money but 15 days of time also they have not refunded my money.
