I placed cake order id#9087 on 110th April 24 and it is cancelled 10th April24 itself. Post received an email about the refund. But still the amount is not refunded. Did multiple times sent a mail but there is no response. Amount is 1198Rs... Was this information helpful? | 
Ordered a cake on 10th July 2024. They cancelled the order saying that the seller was situated far away and hence the order would not be delivered.
They sent a mail saying that the money would be refunded in 10 to 15 Working days. Since then I have sent multiple mails but no response from their side.
Today its 12th August 2024, i didn't receive any refund.
