I had placed my order on May 22nd and the order got cancelled the same day with an email saying the refund will be provided in 10-15 working days.
I have been sending multiple emails to know the refund status but didn't receive any response yet.

Ordered a cake on 10th July 2024. They cancelled the order saying that the seller was situated far away and hence the order would not be delivered.
They sent a mail saying that the money would be refunded in 10 to 15 Working days. Since then I have sent multiple mails but no response from their side.
Today its 12th August 2024, i didn't receive any refund.
They do not have a phone number listed on the website.
I request to take Strict action against Flora Sensations.
