Received a mail on the same day saying that order is been cancelled and refund will be done in 10-15 days. Still refund been not done...

I placed an order inJan 10, 2025, the order was canceled by the company. They are not refunding my money or responding to emails....

I have ordered a cake on 16 oct and then got a mail order is cancelled as our sellers are yoo far from ir location and they said will get my refund within 10-15 working days but didn't got my refund and not replying to my mails......

I have ordered an anniversary cake and bouquet on 19th June, 2024 at 06.00 pm to be delivered on the same day. At 09:36 pm I sent them a mail asking for the update on order. They have provided only mail service for any kind of communication, for which they replied on 1:01 am, the next day, asking for next day delivery.
