I ordered flowers for my fiance via floraindia yesterday which was a prepaid order by order number MZ1330 for valentines day. The order has not yet been delivered. When i tried to call, both the helpline numbers were not connectable. Some guy called up my fiance and told him that he would deliver the flowers tomorrow. This is the worst service i have ever seen. Please take due action.
