My fiancé, Arjun Sharma, have been placed two orders through floraindia(online gift delivery website) from Kuwait on 07.05.2016 to wish and express his emotions to his mother & mother-in-law on Mothers day. But the orders had not been delivered and all the numbers provided on website were not reachable. I have sent them mail in the night and request not to deliver the same now. Worst ever service i have ever seen in my life. I have called atleast 50times continuously for abt 4hours minimum and after these many calls and 9 mails they had delivered it by 10pm in bday which should be delivered before 7pm. Its almost the end of birthday. And the customer care people were lying and sayn again and again that it had been already delivered. Such a fake people and company i ahve ever seen...

I ordered flowers for my fiance via floraindia yesterday which was a prepaid order by order number MZ1330 for valentines day. The order has not yet been delivered. When i tried to call, both the helpline numbers were not connectable. Some guy called up my fiance and told him that he would deliver the flowers tomorrow. This is the worst service i have ever seen.
