FloraIndia — Online gift delivery not on time and order placed and received different

My fiancé, Arjun Sharma, have been placed two orders through floraindia(online gift delivery website) from Kuwait on 07.05.2016 to wish and express his emotions to his mother & mother-in-law on Mothers day. But the orders had not been delivered and all the numbers provided on website were not reachable. I have sent them mail in the night and request not to deliver the same now. But they had delivered the orders on next day morning and conditions of flowers were not good at all and also the product delivered and product ordered were completely different. The company, floraindia replied us on email that they had called us on numbers given in the order summary but we didn't receive any call from the floraindia as per our call record. They gave us excuses and told us lies to cover their mistakes. They have made fun of my fiancé's emotion and his surprise. Now we want our money back with the penalty from the company and also want that "FLORAINDIA" should not play with any one's emotions & money and take limited orders which can be delivered on time.
