I made deposits for supply of kitchen and wardrobes in Oct 2012 and since then have lodged 12 complaints by e-mail and a plethora of telephone calls and visits to their showroom but Evok is in different mood of non co-operation.They started supply of material in March 2013 and despite of supply of sub standard and faulty material,they are unable to supply all the material and installation of kitchen. Problem is still unsolved.In kitchen department,many of their staff members have quit. Mohit,Mr. Das, Mr.Charles have quit. In wardrobe/vanity section one lady designer has quit. Normally, this incoming and outgoing of staff does not have an adverse impact on functioning of a good organisation but I am feeling that it is not their case as I am asked to talk to every new designer/manager/supervisor for getting the work done.In the meantime,I am able to brief their supervisor/manager about my problems,he is out. In fact, the manager of the store,where I placed order for supply of material,would undertake the responsibility to ensure prompt delivery of the product,its installation and services but their store manager is happy in preparing the bill,collecting money from customers and achieving his sales targets and their customer care cell thinks it has finished its job when it provides a new number each time for making contact and it never cares to contact the customer to get the feed back after a reasonable time, whether customer has got the things resolved what to say of it getting the things corrected at its end itself. Now I leave present functioning and future of Evok in the hands of Bhagwan and proceed to elaborate my problems:- 1. Alignment of kitchen is still pending. 2.Light of Cozaro not supplied. 3.Shutters of tall unit are not of proper size and despite requests not replaced. 4.Waste disposer not supplied. 5.Other misc. shortcomings informed time to time to their managers/supervisors not corrected. This time, I would like to get the things corrected by taking action at their end and ask feed back from me rather than providing a new number to me and asking to contact that fellow. i had asked for you person to cm on 31-08-09 for fixing of wadrobe but yet there is no respone. I have been trying to reach u but no respone. very bad service
