Gadgetcops — bad services

i purchased a samsung grand 2 mobile imei no. [protected] from spice mobile vaishali sector 4 with this i purchased gadget cop one year subscription for any damage. i sent the mobile for change of screen after it broke due to fall on ground in first week of june 2014 for which they charged me rs.2500/-. after 10 days they sent back the mobile after changing screen but the screen is going blank while working so i again launch the complaint, the call centre again asked for the rs.2500/- after arguing with senior they picked up mobile and return the same after one week but the same problem come in the set again. i sent the set by hand to the noida office after many arguments with call center executive and showed the problem at there office on 23/06/2014. since 23 june set is with them but they are saying we are checking and set is sent to samsung service centre. but till the date 11/07/2014 my mobile is with them. bad service.bad company. dont purchase mobile from spice stores and dont take gadget cops protection plans. samyak jain

i have had the worst experience with this insurance company ever, i had bought a sony xperia ZR with a gadget cop insurance for screen, the screen broke and i sent it to gadget cops for the replacement, i received my phone after a month, but the display was still not working, so i resent my phone, its been 2 months and i received my phone today, was glad to c that my phone display was working, but unfortunately now the speakers are not functioning..
this is extremely annoying.
i would least recommend anyone to take up an insurance with this company.
the worst ever.

GadgetCops is worst in insurnace services of mobile. I have given my mobile on 10-Oct-2014 to change the screen as scren was broken and not received my mobile back its around a month. Even they are not informing us for delay services. I call each day in customer support and they say you will receive the same by tomorrow. I have never seen bad services likes this. Please do not waste your money by paying them its totally wastage of money.
