Gadgetcops — Handset neither repaired nor money refunded

Model No- Nokia Lumia 720, , IMEI NO-[protected] and was bought for RS 20, 000 Was bought on 20/3/14 from Spice Retail Limited, CP and was insured by Gadget Cops.Suddenly the handset stopped working and touch screen was damaged The phone was under warranty period and was insured under Liquid Damage.The handset was collected by Gadget Cops on 8/9/14 for repair.After giving several telephonic reminders neither the handset was repaired nor returned and no payment has been made till date.Hence its requested you to look into this matter and do justice with us Sincerely, Onkar Singh D-120 Milan Apartments West Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi-34 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
