Gadgetcops — policy not received after payment

I have paid for my smart phone insurance but the policy did not receive my me till now since January
I have purchase the plan in January 2018 for Mi A1
but did not get the policy papers by any of the matter.
I can share my IMEI for further processing but personally.

Now the communication number is also not i working condition.
I have placed order for the smart phone insurance with hardware as well as software damage.
Water or liquid damage
theft
hardware breaking etc.
