Gadgets Guru — They promised a laptop and took money, but it was never delivered

I buy a lot of stuff online. I wanted a 2nd hand laptop, and so I began searching and found them. They were selling Amazon renewed products at a lower price. I even checked their background. So, I ordered a Mac book pro 16 inch. And made the payment of Rs 15000
Once the order was placed. I made the balance payment of 15000.
On the link they sent to track, it shows delivered. But I have not received the order. I contacted my bank and disputed the payment. The name of the business on Google pay is santosh kumar. And the number they used is: +[protected].

I want my money back. This is a scam. Even though all the proof they gave looked real... Now I understand. It is a fraud.
Please look into this... I spent almost everything I had on this.
