I was offered a job (To watch 250 live stream videos daily) by this company named glob technology based in gujarat as they claim. They sent an agreement on email and asked for my voter id card. I provided them my voter id proofs, but their agent did not gave me proper information about the penalty charges then i found their company claims fishy and i want to decline the agreement but mistakenly clicked on allow link rather then decline link. So, i called them and told them i am not interested anymore.
Now, they are constantly harassing, blackmailing and put mental pressure on me to pay them rs. 5, 500 in cash or they will drag me to court. My query is just that when i haven't signed any contract with them, how can they harass me to pay them. This company is fraud and scamming innocent people.
A men called himself company advocate on their behalf called me yesterday evening and claimed to be the legal adviser of the company. He said if i don't pay them, then they are taking legal action.
I am going through this mental pressure and harassment that's why i decided to pay them 5500 but after paying 5500 today (04.12.2019) they again call me asking for more money otherwise they drag me to court Was this information helpful? |
