Hi,
I was offered a freelancing job by this company named glob technology based in gujarat as they claim. They sent an agreement on email and asked for my pan card and adhar card. I provided them my id proofs, but then i found their company claims fishy. So, i called them and told them i am not interested anymore.
Now, they are constantly harassing me to pay them rs. 5, 00, 000 in cash or they will drag me to court. My query is just that when i haven't signed any contract with them, how can they harass me to pay them. This company is fraud and scamming innocent people.
A lady on their behalf called me this morning and claimed to be the legal adviser of the company. She said if i don't pay them, then they are taking legal action. Thereafter i got a sms saying that a case has been filed against me in court.

Hi,
I was offered a freelancing job by this company named glob technology-based in Gujarat as they claim. They sent an agreement on email and asked for my pan card and addhar card. I provided them my id proofs, but then I found their company claims fishy. So, I called them and told them I am not interested anymore.
Now, they are constantly harassing me to pay them rs. 5, 000 in cash or they will drag me to court. My query is just that when i haven't signed any contract with them, how can they harass me to pay them. This company is a fraud and scamming innocent people.

advocate Pooja Bhosale calls me for payment 5000 of the Glob technology company. she's contact no. [protected]. she said If you don't pay Rs. 5000 of Glob technology company otherwise I will case on you and hard copy send you off the Aurangabad high court. I asked her, Please give me the address of Glob technology company. she is ignoring my answer. I found that It is a scam for any people for money and work not completed charges on people or legal action in court. Glob technology is a fraud and innocent people. they are harassing anyone for money. I found that I have not signed any agreement with them, It is not valid to anyone or company. How can they harass me to pay them? This company is a fraud and scamming innocent people.

This non existent organisation named Glob Technologies have been creating nuisance among people in the name of work from home scheme. They have approached me and talked about a video watching business. When I mailed my I'd proof they promptly sent me agreement papers with lots of malicious contents in their favour. When I searched the web for looking at their company profile. There I got nothing like Glob Technologies. Instead I found two people complaining about the same. Later some self claimed company executives and legal person( Though suspicious) demanded money from me as compensation. I told them to do whatever they feel like. They have been calling me from time to time with threats of legal consequences. I would like you to look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest possible time.
Infact they're a group of frauds operating from somewhere in Maharashtra and Gujarat. They have been threatening people with legal consequences and demanding money from them. Please take adequate steps to end their fraudulent activities. Thank you. Attachment in support of the complaint are herein provided.
