Hi,
I was offered a freelancing job by this company named glob technology based in gujarat as they claim. They sent an agreement on email and asked for my pan card and adhar card. I provided them my id proofs, but then i found their company claims fishy. So, i called them and told them i am not interested anymore.
Now, they are constantly harassing me to pay them rs. 1, 80, 000 in cash or they will drag me to court. My query is just that when i haven't signed any contract with them, how can they harass me to pay them. This company is fraud and scamming innocent people.
A lady on their behalf called me this morning and claimed to be the legal adviser of the company. She said if i don't pay them, then they are taking legal action. Thereafter i got a sms saying that a case has been filed against me in court.
