GNS gas Service — No delivery after 2 months of booking

Dear Sir, I have booked a refill of Gas cylinder with M/s.GNS Gas Services, having customer number as 307549 some 45 days back through IVR. After waiting for 15 days, agian raised one more request for refill. Still the Gas cylinder is not delivered. After visiting the office and the asking the reason for delay, the execute has called up some delivery boy and informed me that, the Gas cylinder will be delivered today and he has forgoten to deliver it from 2 months. Even after 5 days of loding a cmplaint the cylinder is not delivered. This is becoming a serious issue and request any higer authorities to look in to these issues. Thanks Abdul Salam
