GNS gas Service Complaints & Reviews

I have booked refill connection on 3rd Jan, but still not delivered, even complained through mail...

Dear Sir, I have booked a refill of Gas cylinder with M/s.GNS Gas Services, having customer number as 307549 some 45 days back through IVR. After waiting for 15 days, agian raised one more request for refill. Still the Gas cylinder is not delivered. After visiting the office and the asking the reason for delay, the execute has called up some delivery boy and informed me that, the Gas cylinder will be delivered today and he has forgoten...

Dear sir,
We have a Indane LPG gas connection supplied through GNS gas service, Shanti Nagar, Hyderabad .I find it extremely difficult to contact them over phone regarding booking cylinders or any enquiry. There is one in a million chance of getting them over phone. It is absurd that ur expected to go in person for booking a cylinder. I hope the customer service department (if they really care) would do something to set things right....

Rock Roof Apartments, Banjara hills Rd no: 12, Hyderabad. The connection was taken on 25th April 2008 and my dealer is GNS Gas Service, H No: 10-2-287/1/1/2, Shantinagar, Hyderabad-28, Distribution code number: 7508831. They are not ready to deliver the Gas to my residence as according to them it does not fall in their area. Please suggest what to do. It is not possible to visit the godown every time to collect...
