GoAir flights gets canceled everyday, but still everyday I am able to see the new listings of multiple flights on multiple travel platforms and on their own website too.
They do intend to refund amounts in upto 30 days, but why fool customers like that and block their money for 30 days. Last week after canceling my flight to Kannur, they called and promised that next day flight will operate, but again next day my flight got canceled...

I was denied to board on 26th June, due to missing RTPCR test. I understand the changes were announced by MH govt maybe just 2 days ago. However, passengers cannot keep checking news as everyday the news is different. We only rely by what the airlines tell us.

I have booked a flight on 22nd of june from delhi to hyderabad from Go airlines.on 27th night i got a message saying flight has been cancelled and without mentioning any reason and messaging this is beyond our control.i have work on 29th of june morning in delhi and have to return back to hyderabad same evening.
They have processed for refund but are explaining it might take 30 days.
I would like to lodge a complaint againt...

Customer care really dont care about the person who call them they did not pick the phone call i really tried more the hundred times but every time what i see is disappointment and even they cancel the flight more than two times i really hope that my full refund get back...

Hi,

I have not received my refund yet for the flight PNR :KEJ43E (Flight cancelled by the airline).The customer care phone is always busy for 10-15 minute.I got fed up by the the goair response regarding this.No time and money value for the customer.Very very irritating.

Please take action to resolve the issue.

I had booked ticket of GoAir on 12th May. On 14th may, they called me, and said. Your ticket has been cancelled due to weather. I said, it's okay, when will i get my refund, they said after 7 to 10 days, you will get your refund. It's been 1 month, I still not get any refund.
I tried many calls to customer care. They don't reply....

My flight for 7th June from Kochi to Delhi was cancelled without any prior notice from the airline . I realised that the flight got cancelled only while trying to do the web check-in . They only sent an email about cancellation on 7th June, ie, on the exact Date of Travel (screenshot of the email is attached).

On 2nd of June I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chandigarh via Ahemadabad for 8th June. But on 7th of June I got a message from Goair that my flight has been cancel and I updated my refund status in my agent app make my trip. And till date accept of processing I don't see anything. I planned a trip a long time back to Leh. My flight was on 9th June by G8 221and PNR was Y63RJF. I received an SMS at 8 20 pm on 8th June that the flight will be leaving Delhi as scheduled. So I told MakeMyTrip to cancel the flight as my booking for a stay in Leh was canceled. But the flight was canceled later.
