I placed an order vide order no.303 dt.21.11.2020 at Godrej Interio Store, Adi Furnishers, sector-16, Noida for 2 Almirah. Salesmen was Mr. Vinay-[protected].
out of total ordered materials follow items not yet delivered whereas bill No.330 generated on[protected] for full amount...such as
a) Mirror and
b) Top of the almirah (loft/storage)
Mr. Vinay not responding to our calls. have visited twice personally but every time he has given the excuse of Kishan Andolan for the delay. Is it justifiable? How long a customer should wait?
if materials were not ready then why bill raised for full ordered value worth Rs.72K? its pure un-professional and un-ethical practice adopted by this store. Isnt it cheating with me?
therefore, either deliver the leftover items by this weekend or refund my money along with interest. Else situation will force me to appraoch Consumer Court.
As a genune customer giving this final opportunity to settle this issue, else necessary legal action will be taken and cost of such litigation and mental agony needs to be borne by Godrej Interio/Adi Furnishers.
