I placed an order vide order no.303 dt.21.11.2020 at Godrej Interio Store, Adi Furnishers, sector-16, Noida for 2 Almirah. Salesmen was Mr. Vinay-[protected].

out of total ordered materials follow items not yet delivered whereas bill No.330 generated on[protected] for full amount...such as
a) Mirror and
b) Top of the almirah (loft/storage)

Mr. Vinay not responding to our calls. have visited twice personally but every time he has given the excuse of Kishan Andolan for the delay. Is it justifiable? How long a customer should wait?

if materials were not ready then why bill raised for full ordered value worth Rs.72K? its pure un-professional and un-ethical practice adopted by this store. Isnt it cheating with me?

therefore, either deliver the leftover items by this weekend or refund my money along with interest. Else situation will force me to appraoch Consumer Court.

As a genune customer giving this final opportunity to settle this issue, else necessary legal action will be taken and cost of such litigation and mental agony needs to be borne by Godrej Interio/Adi Furnishers.

    I bought furnitures from its office at AC7, Mohini Palace, VIP Rd, Jyangra, Kolkata, West Bengal 700102. The have overcharged me in order but later I see in invoice the price is less by Rs 1000. Now they are harassing me on the refund.
    The date of purchase was 31/10/2020 and the invoice receipt no is 56358.
    Please help me in getting refund

      Dear Sir
      I have booked Marvel Mid Back Black chair on 02.01.2021 through Goderej interio Anam interiors Kanpur and given Rs 10000/- in advance. On 04.02.2021 I was informed that your order has come please make full payment. I made full payment of the item mentioned on 04..02.2021. When I enquired on 05.02.2021 why the item was not supplied to me, I got an answer that wrong item was placed and I have to wait one more month.
      This is pathetic situation that after waiting more than a month I have to wait again for more than a month. I a m totally dissatisfied with this type of professionalism from Godrej Interio

          I purchased an almirah On 27th january from 9 Brabone road, kolkata shop. Was delivered and initiateed an installation at my home on 1st February. Almirah door found defective and job is not completed.
          I am from Canada and here for few days. When i am buying a product anticipating a good workmanship and quality controlled product.
          Your sales man Initially told me need to wait 2 months but I can not stay 2 months here. I am going back Canada on 10th of Frbruary. I called few times this shop and they told me they are waiting for an reply from your headoffice. In this case I ask you to take this defective almirah back asap and send me a new one before or return my money with penalties for compensation, harrassment and misguide.               HI, I called the support line and requested for a technician to be sent. I got a message *Godrej* technician - Bangalore-Branch Dummy will be attending your call - N[protected] on 25/-1/2021. Till date nobody has attended. Everytime I call support line, I get the same answer of that the technician will call back.

              i have moved from Bangalore to Mysore. please arrange a technician to come and assemble the bed.

                  I am Deepak Koli. I had purchased Leather Sofaset, Caramel Table & Wardrobe all together approximate 1.25 lac. in February 2019 at Akurdi, Pune Showroom.

                  that after, I was transferred in Aurangabad. some of the maintenance services for Leather Sofaset is required. I have been following up with Akurdi, pune. Showroom (Mr. Sandip [protected]) he gave me the details of the service provider in Aurangabad before one week. I m waiting till today.

                  Neither Showroom nor this person (Babasaheb Bankar [protected]) interested to look after for the Services whereas I had discussed for the services which is provided after salep with Showroom at the time of purchase. they made sure & told me that Services will be provided any location in MAHARASHTRA.

                  I am requesting your esteemed organisation to look into the matter & expedite the services which is urgent for me.

                    I've purchased this sofa online on Jan 9 (original order #[protected] and received it on Jan 13. But when they came to install on Jan 14, one of the legs was faulty so they couldn't install it. Technician logged a complaint . So they raised replacement order which got delivered on Jan 21. But again on Jan 24 technician not able to install, same issue. 2 times they have faulty product. I've raised issues with sales, delivery team via emails, but they NOT yet resolved. I have asked for refund, as I can't go for another replacement. Again same thing will happen. This is absolutely not acceptable, please initiate refund ASAP.

                        Purchased an almirah from godrej interio in vikroli in 1 st week of December. When technicians came to assemble, they found one part missing. They ascertained that they will raise a complaint and problem will be fixed in 10- 12 days but one and half month passed but no response. When I called the technician, everytime they tell it will be fixed in 7-8 days but not fixed even after one and half month. Really very disappointing, will never suggest godrej product to anyone seeing such a service.

                          I have purchased the almirah one week ago and same was installed on 12/01/2021.After two days installation and fixing of mirror i.e on 14th jan, mirror fall down automatically and almirah was damaged and also one family member injured.if this type of service we will get it will hamper ur brand.i need immediate replacement of mirror and also repair damage part of almirah or else i will file consumer complaint against godrej.

                            I had given a complaint regarding a bed of godrej interio that I have. The technician after checking said that a part of the bed is missing and needs to be replaced. Few days later I got a call from Sarthak Enterprises who are your authorized service providers. They took full payment of 1900 Rs in advance and later told me it will take 20- 25 days for the part to be delivered and installed. I made the payment on 5th of December and waited till end of December. When I got no update I called Sarthak enterprises and they said it will take 15 - 20 working days more. I was not happy so called the customer care again to complain about this. After checking the customer service executive told me 12 th of January. But on 12th Jan also I got no update. When I again called to check they were still unsure and gave vague answers like it will come in 2 -3 days, then again made it 6-7 days . When asked to confirm a date they said 22nd dec which is actually 10 more days. Finally I have been given a final date if 20th Dec which they were still unsure. I have been speaking to a lady called Sayali and Shobha from Sathak ans another executive of Godrej. This delay is unacceptable and I need thr part to be delivered asap. I hope this complaint is resolved asap.

                                This is Raja Sarkar. I've booked 2+1 seater Conforto sofa set on 12.12.2020 from your Home Land Mall show room, Kolkata. Please find attached copy of Order Conf, 100% advance Money receipt.

                                Before booking the Cust Rep Associate informed that if i need an immediate delivery then he would arrange a demo sofa set from any of the showroom but I insisted for a fresh one. Then he told I have to wait 3 weeks as per Godrej Interio standard delivery Timeline. He also mentioned that it might take 3-4 days extra due this pandemic situation. I was told that by January 4th, 2021 delivery will be done. But he declined to put the delivery timeline in written.

                                I enquired about my order status and surprisingly came to know that my order would reach your Bhiwandi warehouse on 08.01.2021. It would take further 12-15 days i.e. by 23.01.2021 It might reach my place.

                                So it means I have to wait 3 more weeks to receive my sofa set.

                                This kind o[censored]nnecessary delay, mis information and lack of transparency of not giving the tentative delivery date in written from an esteemed company like yours is very much unexpected and unappreciated.

                                    I have purchased one domestic almirah from your Ranchi showroom(Jharkhand) on 24th dec 2020. I have fully paid the amount more than 38, 000 for almirah inclusive of one digital locker and one mirror. The Almirah was delivered today and mirror has been fitted by untrained and unskillled labour by the local dealer. The mirror has been fitting wrongly (tilted position). several times I have call the local dealer on his mobile no. [protected] and made complaint but he didnot take care and also didnot take any response.
                                    It's therefore requesting you to sort out the problem immediately and replace the new almirah with mirror immediately.
