This has become a regular practice of medicine stores across the country of not giving medicines in smaller numbers. They always force customers to buy full strips even when doctors prescribe fewer numbers.
My dr. Has prescribed me 15 tablets but the medical store called padma medicals at kfc signal, indira nagar, bangalore is forcing me to buy 20 tabs (2 trips of 10 tabs). Also, he is saying you can place a complaint anywhere you want.
This is not a single case of this store, this is a common practice by most of the medicine shops in india.
Why should i buy full strip when the dr. Has prescribed me less. This is outright cheating by these shops where they force customers to buy more than prescribed by the dr.
