Travelling from ahmedabad to bangalore, we have total 3 laugauge bags out of which 2 bags has damage by missing handling of your indigo team. And the same inform to your luggage handling team specially mr. Vinod d. But he has fool us he has not given any writing complaint even so many varble cumminication he told me that "you will receive call from indigo customer" and we will compensate the best but i have wait 3 to 4 hours i have not received any call than i called to indigo customer care and then customer care executive told me that he will call back within short time. But he called me very late around 10 pm and telling me unnecessary word which is not acceptable to me. I want my luggage as i have given to you at ahmedabad airport. If indigo will not satisfy us the same details will post in social media site.
Unhappy the way your indigo team handling customer. Hope you understand and do needful as earliest otherwise in future we never book with your airlines.
I will wait for till tomorrow otherwise will take necessary action.
