And both we got success status in tez app but money had debit from my account but it was not cerdit in my friends account because its my college fee

I had send money To my friends account but money didn't cedit in my frinds account but transaction had showing successfully but money didn't cedit in my frinds account and 9days had completed and I kept bank documents to tez customer also
