I made payment through Google Pay on 18.02.2022 for Rs.276 on swiggy ([protected]@axisbank). During transaction money debited from my sbi acount but transaction was incomplete and I did not get refund. Google pay transaction ID: CICAgOCF89v7dA. I contacted Google Pay and they said that they cannot help and I have to contact bank. Then I contacted bank and they said that Google Pay is not their app so they cannot help. Hence, I requesting you to resolve my issue and help me to get refund.
