These guys came almost 6 months back and sold me an AMC worth Rs. 6500/- saying it would cover part replacement and serivcinig in general for a year.
My RO stopped working on Saturday, 5/06/21 when I made the complaint. They told me that since it is late they will send over a technician on Monday. I called them again on Monday when they said that it will now only happen on Tuesday.
Today is Tuesday and when I called them they have now told me that they will send at their convenience when the technician is available with no definitive date. Upon asking for refund they said it will not be possible. Was this information helpful? |
