Grand Water Solutions — Taken AMC for RO but no action on my complaints

I am facing Same problem with same company. They don't send any technician for repairing. I paid 8000₹ for 2 year C-AMC.

Where should I file complaint against this company ?

I have taken 2 years AMC of Rs.10500 and very poor team. The entire company is fraud does not have competency on anything.
Police complain should be launched against these fraud people and company.

Facing the same problem with them. No help is being given

Very bad service... We have pureit Ro... Taken AMC of one year... Not a single time they changed filter every time when RO stops filtering...they came n reset RO but never changed filter... We are facing this issue every week since last 6 months... We make almost 10 to 15 calls and their person comes after two months of complaint every time... Strongly recommend not to take AMC from them

I had taken up an AMC for my water RO as it had become a nuisance to get filters changed every 3rd month. Also my RO motor was creating problem. It is a eureka forbes brand RO. Ansh came to change the filters and convinced me that taking an AMC for ₹6500 would cover all problems for a year. He also stated that he was from the eureka forbes company itself and that the problem of motor would also be covered within the AMC. Believing him, I took the AMC on 27/01/21 for ₹6500. He gave me a assurance change of filter after 6 months and change of.motor would also cover along with all.parts under one year AMC.

After regular follow up for service and attending complain number P200609 after 15 day, one local technician was sent, he further ask filter and motor would need to change and not cover under AmC, I have to.pay 5000/- Rs .one.for that.I approach to grand solution again..they confirmed this will.get change by next day under AMC, on next day I follow up.. then they other person called me and told its chargeable and written in the slip that filter or motor can be change only once as per AMC..I.refuse to.take that service from them and.lodge acomolaint against them...after 2 hr call.from Grand solutions come to.me saying they can change the motor in AmC bit.for.filyer I have to transfer them 2500 Rs inline for changing the filter, which I refuse for transfer, I told if they change the filter, I would pay that timeonly..they have told again this not cover under AmC

It's ridiculous company I been taken AmC, recommend to bring their all staff and owner in court for cheating people.

I am going to lodge a complaint against them in police station for cheating case, if in a day the service not provided with change all.parts cover under AmC written in slip given to.me at time.of AMC ..which is also there from.other customer they doing and continuing

Enclosed slip given at time.of AmC written all.oarts covered under AMC for one year.

Ridiculous and fraud company

Its a company of thugs and thieves...top down and bottom up. The Landline numbers never respond and if they do they send no one for days. The people who come home try to ask for money on the sly despite hefty AMC amounts ( I paid 11000).
Akshay and Lovely are two men who come for service and try to fleece you.
Gaurav Singh is supposedly some senior who never responds to any communication.
No redressal forum.
I was told the owner is some AMIT SINGH who i am sure is the biggest thug.
What should people like us do
