I bought an lg fridge from the store at[protected] but when it delivered the product was damaged as assured by the lg executive. But when I asked to them for replacing the item they denied at the first place but later on after long negotiation they agreed to replace it as it should be replaced according to Claus. But since then the product is still not replaced till date and when ever I contact the store they would either not pick up the phone or just give some useless excuses. They been harassing me till then. It's more than a week i am being kept is Shade and they are doing nothing. Was this information helpful? |
