Dear sir / madam - during my visit to the retail store outlet at 20, old court house st, kol - 700001 on 28th oct 2019, one of the sales representative biplob mukherjee had showed the whirlpool microwave models and had claimed that the key panel in the discussed microwave model would lit up once the system power was put on.
I would like to add that my wife and myself are senior citizens and we need this particular feature of key panel to lit up in the microwave for proper visibility of the key buttons to choose the right option for smooth operation.
With this belief, i had ordered the product model number - whirlpool magiccook 23c / 23 ltr conv mwo flora - gr[protected] [protected] which got delivered to my place on 4th nov 2019 with invoice# dlh/sa1920/18540 invoice dtd. 31st oct 2019.
However, the installation agent from whirlpool (Without unpacking the product) confirmed that the key panel wont lit up in this model as this feature is not available in this particular whirlpool microwave as against the assurance provided by the sales rep in the showroom.
Hence forth, my request is to kindly return the product as i am not satisfied with the current set of features provided in the model as this wont address my requirement for using the microwave.
Also, i would like to assure that the item has been lying unpacked since the day it arrived.
