Item (freeze) is not delivered yet. Payment made on 02.01.2022 on online at Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd., near Dalhousie, Kolkata. Bill/Order number is DLH/SO2122/16090. After several persuasion at this office, no confirmation of delivery is received till yet. Please help. Bill copy is attached.

I bought an lg fridge from the store at[protected] but when it delivered the product was damaged as assured by the lg executive. But when I asked to them for replacing the item they denied at the first place but later on after long negotiation they agreed to replace it as it should be replaced according to Claus. But since then the product is still not replaced till date and when ever I contact the store they would either not pick up the phone...

I, Soumya Ghosh, purchased a washing machine and a LED TV from great eastern retail pvt. ltd., G.T. Road, Howrah branch on 27.01.2022. These products have not been delivered till today (02.02.2022) . It is a matter of shame and apathy of the company as the delivery location is in proximity from where these products are normally dispatched ....

Dear sir / madam - during my visit to the retail store outlet at 20, old court house st, kol - 700001 on 28th oct 2019, one of the sales representative biplob mukherjee had showed the whirlpool microwave models and had claimed that the key panel in the discussed microwave model would lit up once the system power was put on.

I would like to add that my wife and myself are senior citizens and we need this particular feature...
