Sir,
I have bought Tummy Fit oil from GTM Teleshopping Pvt. Ltd. I have booked my product by my cell no.-[protected]. I have bought this product to reduce my tummy but i have no Effect .There is no single bit benefit to me and the product policy is that if it does not benefits you then you can return it to company and your cash back after one year. So After that i have parcelled the Full kit oil Pack return with in one month.As I have talked to gtm customer care they told us that they will return money by Money-Order . I have contacted to complaint center by my cell numbers.-(1)-[protected] (2)--[protected]. I have Called them many times But they always tell us that Your money will be returned But Six Months have gone and still My cash is not returned to me.I have spent 1.6 years on that case. But they don't cash back my balance.So i call gtm teleshopping customer executive and return my product back by parcel.the customer care said to me he would refund my balance by money order.but still today i do not get back my money. Please Register my complaint and Tell me on my cell no. [protected]. and my email is [protected]@gmail.com.
I have send emails many times but don't get any reply.
please refund my balance as soon as possible.
