request for geyser not attended since jan-2019

I have submitted request for gas geyser connection in month of jan-2019 at my flat and have paid charges for the same but still no one has come to attend my request no-[protected] yet.

I was been committed that they will come an install it in next 3 months and now it's almost 4 month running but still my request is unattended.

no action taken for new connection

It's been one & a half year since we've applied for new connection for gas pipeline.in the application form, they've mentioned that in the next 90 days they would be visiting the site for survey, but till today no one has visited our place we've been taking followups since one & a half year & filed complaint trice for the same, but no action has been yet be taken from their side and no satisfactory reply has been given.

late payment charges

I used to pay my bill of gujarat gas limited (Ggl) alway online (Auto debate) through hdfc bank.
My bill of oct – dec. '19 was rs.969/- paid on 02/01/19 against due date 09/01/19. (I. E. Before 7 days). But some how, it is refunded in on 11/01/2019 in my a/c.
According to hdfc bank it is due to some technical error at biller's end.
And ggl denied that they have not received this amount & they charge me rs. 75/- as late...

I'm complaining about delaying in gas geyser fittings.

gujarat gas not allotted new gas connection

Till time connection is not given.
Several time complaint register there is no progress. Only reply was digging permit from smc is not available. But smc is not having any pending digging permit.

not getting bills on timely and charging unnecessary penalties to us

not allotted gas connection

I complain about this to provider but misbehaver by the staff and also by officer. After 3 times survey the contractor said that he has no manpower [plumber]. Then how can the company give him the contract...

applied for new connection on 14/05/2018, still didn't get it
