Iam skoda rapid customer my vehicle no TN20CQ0099 Body shop work and service handover on 3rd July 2023 still vehicle not ready service Advisor Mr.Murali and service Manager Mr.Siva shankar Delivery commitment on 15th July Eve 4 o'clock then me and my driver came on 4 o'clock Mr.Muarali said vehicle not ready you collect on 17th evening. we are coming from Kanchipuram 90km my plan totally struck I missed flait i loosed so much of cost and iam waiting service centre more than 1 hour in, service centre service manger not ready to spoke with me this not good very worst customer handling and worst service lot of communication gap iam totally upset then Mr.Murali came and spoke I give one vehicle again after 15min came and told I don't have vehicle irritated to me take action if you refuse my complaint i go to leagal action for skoda and gurudev motors I have attached voice recording and live photos your kind Reference take action immediately
