I made an international booking for a flight from your website on 21st May 2024 at 6:49 pm.
From Milas Bodrum to Ankara - 9:10 am Pegasus Airline for 16th August 2024 and paid Rs.16, 694 through Google Pay UPI but have not received any ticket yet, as they say, the payment has not been received.

The payment was made from a mobile number and the transaction ID is[protected]
I am attaching the screenshot of my bank e-statement as well for your reference.

I have spoken to the bank as well as the UPI consultant. Both these firms have confirmed that the payment has been sent and received to your Axis bank account.
