The vendor did a group booking because of which there were multiple customers with the same PNR number - when I was about to check in - they asked for an additional amount of 2100 as someone may have added add-ons and the amount was left in the system, now because of someone else mistakes I had to pay extra amount - which is very wrong, I suffered a lot, and paid extra amount also as they didn't let me board the flight
