I bought a jbl sound bar sb160 on 22 july 2020 from vijay sales, thane, maharashtra. It was delivered on 23 july 2020. On 24 july the guy from jbl/harman came for installation. The remote of the sound bar was not working so, the guy raised a request for exchange of the whole system and claimed the same will be done within a week. Since then i have tried contacting customer care of vijay sales as well as jbl harman. They all said the problem will be resolved within 7 working days but no action has been taken till date. I have tried contacting jbl harman and vijay sales multiple times on twitter as well but i got only fake promises. I received various service requests from the team but never a resolution and after 2-3 days i get a message that the problem has been resolved and the service request has been closed. On 3 september 2020 i got a call from a guy from jbl team asking for problem details. He asked me to forward the billing copy for raising request for remote change. I have shared the same but since then i haven't heard anything from anyone. The first reference id for my complaint is mh-c[protected] shared with me on 06 aug 2020. The second reference id is mh-c[protected] they shared on 31 august 2020 and i received a message of closure of service request on 05 september 2020. The invoice number is bwg-a-si6987 dated on 22 july 2020. Please look into the matter and get my problem resolved.
