I really repent for buying this product that too JBL brand. I expected JBL to be well reputed branch and will have good experience buying this product, but now I deeply repent for buying this product and suggest other not to buy in future. I raised my complaint on 12-Jun-2021 and made multiple calls to customer support more than 8 times but every time listen same answer wait for one more week. If JBL can't support or repair a product that when its in warranty then why do they sell the product in first place. I feel cheat by JBL brand, customer care and management after listening the same answer without solving my problem. Even I asked for replacement, they its repairable then why its not being repair. If Harman/JBL are not capable to handle or support a product don't sell such a costly product and cheat the customer.
