I placed an order with Harman on 14/July/2023. My order number is JB-IN00701742. This order details are not available online on my account for me to track. When I called Harman call centre on Friday 14/July/23 for the first time, I was told that new orders take 48 hours to update on the system. I have called your call centre second time on Tuesday 18/July/23 to check on the order status. I was again told that within 24 to 48 hours I will get the tracking details. I called the call centre 3rd time on 25/July/2023 but still there was no update. On 25/July/2023 Tamanna from CEO Escalations team called me assured me that the product will be delivered by Thursday 27/July/2023. I called up again on Sunday 30/July/2023 but the call centre agent had no details of my order. I have been writing them several emails addressed to '[protected]@harman.com' and 'india.[protected]@harman.com' but they reply in standard templates but there is no resolution.
Harman call centre refuse to tale my request for cancellation and refund. They are refuse to escalate calls to their supervisors.
I have still not got any details of my delivery status and tracking number.
I have made multiple phone calls in your call centre and have written several emails but there is no end to this problem.
