I have requested for my connection and they came right away and collected the money and booked my connection. After that, I had to wait more than 24 hours for the cable connection and the modem installation was done on the third day of booking.
But they have never activated my account till now and it's been 4 days after the modem installation done. I have called them multiple times to get the account activated or even to know the reason why it is getting delayed. It is really hectic that we have to wait for a minimum of 5 minutes in the IVR to get connect to the representative, sometimes it goes up to 12-13 minutes and the call gets disconnected.
I might have called them more than 10-15 times but no proper response from their end, all they say is it will be done soon. When the person installed modem he told me that it will be activated in 2 hours, but it was not. Then I called the customer support they told me it will be done by the EOD but it was already 7 PM(I had no clue what they mentioned as EOD). Again the next day I called them they told me that it is Sunday and their billing team will be available after 12 so they will activate after that.
I called them again I was given 5 pm on that day again it went to 7 PM then EOD. I tried them in the morning I was informed at 12 PM again I wanted to speak to the supervisor but again I was put on hold for 10 minuted and the call got disconnected. So I tried again it was the same. I asked them to activate it but the same circle at 7 pm and EOD. Even I asked them what is the reason behind it they refused to tell me.
Hence I called the person who installed the router he told the reason that my payment was not reflecting in their systems and he asked me to contact the person who collected money from me. So I called that person and he told me that he had to take permission from the Headquarters and it was approved, also he gave his statement that my account will be activated by EOD but it was not.
So I called them again to check in the next day, the same scenario repeated, even I asked them to cancel and process refund but they are not doing that also. I have no clue what to do about this.
They are not ready to fix the issue at the same time they are not ready to cancel and process refund also.
