Hathway is sending me legal notice for not returning their modem.
I was unaware to this fact as i was not provided any customer copy and the executive allured me by saying that installation is free and the whole process would take a couple of minutes so i signed the places asked by the executive as i was not given any time to read all the terms and conditions and the top of that is i was not given any customer copy so that i could read that what i signed for.
Its been a long time since i stopped using this service because of their customer service and got no email in between and the most important thing is i have relocated to a different city so at the time of shifting the whole thing was just a garbage to me but till shifting i had the modem but they never followed up. Some times ago they sent me an email and asked for some payments but when i emailed them back the message did not deliver and they did not communicate any further and suddenly this legal notice.
They are just harassing me and trying to recover the money. And most importantly the email they provide to communicate never works. It seems they are trying to earn money on behalf of their modem. For eg. [protected]@hathway.com email can't be sent to this email
