The service request id[protected]m650970 was raised on 01-may-2019. After several follow ups, there was a team showing up on 06-may-2019 to pull in the wire from terrace. Then a team came to fix the ends of the wire on 07-may-2019. Later, there was no communication on the progress. Till this point, the case is a normal escalation. I made three different calls to hathway customer care on 08-may-2019 to speak to a supervisor to escalate this.
1) 08-may -2019 at 6:30 pm - i was told that the supervisor is busy and will be receiving a call back within 30 minutes.
2) 08-may -2019 at 7:45 pm - i called again, as the callback never happened. Was told that the supervisor is on another call. I requested i be placed on hold to speak to him. After 25 minutes of waiting, the call disconnects.
3) 08-may -2019 at 8:30 pm - i called again, this time asif was the supervisor who would be calling me in one hour, which never happened.
Is this the way a customer service will have to be run?
The teams come to fix have no information, ask us to contact customer care. If we go to them, they create more problems for us than solving the one at the hand.
Who is accountable for all the wasted time, effort and money? Will there be any follow up action taken on the ones who delayed providing the actual service to us?
Will there be any action on the customer service departments that added to the problems?
Are there any answers?
Today (09-may-2019) at 10:00 am, i called the customer care to speak to an agent named asifa, who informed me that there is no note in the previous call history about supervisors will call back. So, all three times, what customer care did was just lying and get the customer disconnect the call?
I asked for the three names that spoke to me. Asifa provided me the last person's name as mudassir ahmed. Other two names were not shared. I later came to know the first person's name - abdul mujib.
The call i just made to asifa was transferred to a supervisor, however the call was disc automatically after 23 minutes. I was put on hold for close to 20 minutes.
09-may-2019 10:30 am, i made another attempt to call the customer care, alia, the executive had no time to read the history not listen to the issue in detail. At once, the call is getting shifted to supervisor and this call is also disconnected.
Hopeless customer service!!!
