Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care. I used to hold a hathway account about 6 months back. But i shifted my connection to a different service provider and handoverd the device. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but they continuously call and which is very frustrating Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (4)

I couldn't tolerate these many calls day by day from Hathway customer support, at the time of disconnecting my broadband connection I called the customer support and asked if it's necessary to submit the modem and anything else their reply was no. It's been 2 years and they regularly calling me asking to renew my subscription. I told them lot of times that im not using it anymore, disconnected it 2 years back but they are calling me again and again
