This email is regarding the pathetic customer service who know only disconnect the calls.
My ac no is [protected] and I do not have internet and there is this worst service team who don’t listen and disconnect the calls. When we pay for the internet we do not take it for fun it’s for work and the provider should have a prompt service instead ever second day the internet link is down whom do we ask ?????
While your sales guys promise the schemes and adverts and no service after sales what kind of an organization does this.
Be customer centric and add value to the service you provide if not the money what you earn will not even fetch you a glass of water trust me this is how things work.
72hr SLA what kind of Sla is this while I am sitting and waiting for your pathetic connection. If this doesn’t get sorted today this will get to a customer lost and in future a lot more customers lost.
I hope some one is listening and there will be an action if not please disconnect my connection and reimburse my money.
