Last three months, I have raised a complaint with respect to LOS and poor connectivity issue. As the issue persist and I found that it is of no use to raise the complaint on technical issue. I requested for disconnection and refund. I have made a payment quarterly. I have not received any response. Till last month, they took their own time to resolve and requested for non closure. We are working from home. Because of this issue, I faced lots of challenges mentally, financially. But it was of no use.
three days before, I just enquire the next flat regarding the network operator that they have used. And I came to know that he is using same provider. Within three feet he is getting good connectivity, where as I am facing poor connectivity. often I am getting LOS also. I have been using Hathway for the last four to five years. Now I am literally unhappy.
Last three months, I faced a lot. Kindly raise a refund.
