Hathway — Internet not working they are solving the issue

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your kind help to all peoples.

Here i am complaining about Hathway Customer service. I have Hathway Internet connection at my home. Day before yesterday morning (04/09/2023) my internet was not working. I registered a complaint through their app at 9.30AM on the same day. Normally its will be cleared in 24 hours. But in this case it was delayed.

Yesterday i sent whats app message to their staffs who are all came to my home at the time of installation. Send them my issues and my complaint no. 04092023B201401 and my account no. [protected] and request them to solve it.

till today morning nothing happend even no one called me in this regard. I was fully fedup. Then i contact the person who registered my booking at the time of getting connection and let him the issues. He asked me visit their server office and let them the issue. Today morning at 9.30am i went to there and Met Mr. Naresh and informed him the issue. He promised that the persons will come today. iwaited till now no one called me still the issue continuing.

5days before only i prepad for next two month Internet charge.

Now i request you to do the needful as below

1.Get that 2 month prepaid amound back i will find some other internet service provider.
2. Or ask them solve the issue immediately.
