This is my formal complaint as I was misguided by a representative at Hathway whose name is Neelam and her TL is Girish.
Neelam advised me to make a payment which I did on 2nd November, 2020 in the amount of Rs.607 with Transaction ID # [protected]. She told my router and modem will come the next day. The wiring was done the very next day but no engineer has come. I have called her multiple times and she disconnect my phone. I WhatsApped several times and my chats are read but no response and she goes offline. I got her TL number from Hathway customer service whose name is Girish but he is not answering. This service is urgent for me as I'm working from home. The department which provides router stated that to a router we give 10 days timeframe and Neelam told me it will happen once I make a payment. I was misguided and mislead. If she had to tell me the right timeframe I wouldn't have opted for Hathway in the first place. This is my complaint against Neelam so please coach her on this. +[protected] and her TL Girish number is [protected]. This is due to Neelam miscommunication I want my reimbursement.
Hence, I am requesting for my reimbursement as I want to discontinue with your service as it's is pathetic and Hathway employees do not care for their customers once payment is made. So please reimbursement my payment of Rs.607.00.
I'm working from home. My phone is not getting connected with my laptop as network is not that great. The employee from Hathway told me that the connection will be quick once I make the payment and which has not happened. Their requests to send router and modems to people are still pending from September & November month so imagine I have paid in November so how long this is going to take.
