I have registered a request for discontinuation of my Hathway account. I have received no response regarding the same as well as about the refund of my deposit and return of device. I have been calling and mailing Hathway customer care for over a month now, but haven't got any solution for my issue yet. All I receive are calls reminding me of account renewal or new offers.
I even tried getting help from the nodal officer, but it proved utterly useless.
Every single time I get a call from customer care (which is like every single day) I have to explain my issue right from the beginning. There seems to be no kind of documentation on their part. This is sheer customer harrasment. Was this information helpful? |
