Dear Hathway,
I am your subscriber for Broadband from Hyderabad. I stay in Kukatpally, Venkat Rao nagar colony.
From Saturday evening I have not been able to use Broadband Internet services.
I thought to wait for a day to complain on Sunday morning. But it still remains.
It shows LOS sign blinking on my Router since then and even now .
I tried to complain by raising it up in the the Hathway app. Let me tell it is the most worthless app.. the Chat bot for Technical issues just gives an automated message and never raises a Service ticket for us.
Please check attached.
Next I tried calling up different Broadband customer care for Hyderabad. But for technical issues it immediately disconnects the call and never responds .. nos. :

All what I get by calling is an automated message saying 4 hours and simply disconnects without giving chance to talk to Customer care or even to raise a ticket.
Next I tried to call the agents who came to my home to connect, laxman[protected] & Mallikarjun[protected].
They too ask me to call Customer care and never bother to support.
Another fact I have recently taken the connection for Office purpose and was promised that I would be getting the router range upto entire home . But it hardly comes longer nor even faster .
Please dear Hathway.. is this how you treat us .. are we at fault in believing your service ..
How could you disappoint us so much .is this what we deserve in trusting your service??.
Please, please make the improvements ASAP.. and make my connection up and running. I cannot tolerate this any further and I might be forced to take further action on this inconvenience I am facing.
