Hathway — Termination of connection & collect modem

I'm using Hathway account [protected], i moving from Hyderabad to my home village there is no connection to Hathway. so I asked them to terminate and collect the modem from me on 26/09/2023. they said they were noted and would collect the modem but till now there has been no response from the team.

I wrote emails and called customer care but no one care about this, Daily I'm getting a lot of calls from Hathway,

registered tracking id# 26092023V509274 please check and do needful. collect the modem ASAP and don't blame me for not submitting the modem.

Hi All,
Hathway internet connectivity issue
I have raised the ticket 2days before for interner connectivity red light los issue.i have tried to call hathway customer over the phone many times but it does not work. Very worst service.please esacalate the issue on priority.
