[Resolved]  Hathway — worst internet service

I have recharged my account with 3 months. But the internet service is so fluctuating that from last 3 days i haven't used the internet properly.
I made multiple calls to customer service but what they do is - "sir please switch of[censored]r router.. We will reset it from our end.. Now switch it on.. Ohhh it's not working.. Ok i will raise a request and our engineer will visit you tomorrow in first half of the day".. From last 7-8 requests i haven't came across any engineer neither my improper internet connectivity issue was resolved.
Horrible service. Today also one request was raised and they promised to arrange a call between higher management but no response yet. Very disappointing!

Worst service!

Can somebody please give me contact details of any higher management of hathaway, i just want to understand why the service is so dull and why my internet is fluctuating so badly.
